July 4, 2008July 4th has a special meaning for our family this year. In just a little over two weeks, our son David leaves to begin his training in the United States Army. Please join us today and everyday in prayer for our soldiers and their families. We hope you all had a wonderful Independence Day!

What a difference in Lily Mei from last year to this year, Monica! I'm finally able to sit and enjoy catching up on your blog and your one year gotcha anniversary post was so beautiful! Ours is coming up and it's so hard to believe it's been a year. I love all the pics...Miss Lily Mei sure has been having some fun this summer! And you, Miss Two Pound Tuesday girl...look fabulous! ;)

Wow! It's neat to compare last year's picture to this years. Lily Mei is growing up so fast! She's adorable.

Oh Monica! I will be PRAYING for David and YOU!! Big Doings! I am very proud of him!! We just sent a bible to the troops yesterday with a message. I love the 'grow' shots! I can't believe she has grown so much in one short year! We are still at the beach but I wanted to see how you were!!
