Yes, that's right...the blizzard of '08 has hit North Alabama....well, not really, but we did get a fairly good dusting and it was gone by 11:00 am, but that's pretty exciting for us here in the South. Lily Mei didn't like the snow AT ALL and she cried because it got on her boots. The wind was bitter cold, so we didn't stay out too long. Oh well...it was pretty while it lasted!
But, I don't want to hold that snowball, Daddy!On a side note: My dear friend, Heather (Acer's mommy), is currently raising funds to bring home a sister for Acer. Acer says just give the snow a chance and it'll be okay. He loves to pick the snow up and throw it on Baba 'cause he just can't make snow balls yet either.

What a blizzard, huh? We're pathetic here in the south aren't we? I was SO hoping for MORE snow. BUT...at least we got some!! I can praise God for that. I hate that we missed our FCC thing though!! We'll miss being there next week. I LOVE seeing Lily Mei play in the snow. I need to post our pics!! My kids were up at the crack of dawn. I couldn't believe it...ON A SATURDAY MORNING!!!! Oh well...we'll catch up on sleep soon enough...I HOPE!! :) Hope you have a GREAT week!!
