We celebrated Lily Mei's first Chinese New Year home with a trip to see the New Shanghai Circus. They are a group of highly trained Chinese acrobats and the show was wonderful.
Tim and Tina went with us and we also saw some of our friends there. Miss Lily Grace was adorable in her pink chinese dress and Miss Anna was so cute in her purple outfit! I also got to meet my "blog buddy" Sonya and her beautiful Katie Lin. Steve and Lily Mei saw Paul William and Claire at intermission and Lily Mei got a new panda fan for a souvenier!
If you ever get the chance to see this show, we highly recommend it! Lily Mei loved all the bright colors and she thought all the pretty Chinese girls were "Pincesses". She watched most of the show (until she fell asleep right after intermission) and would clap her little hands after every act. We had a great time!!

WOW! I am so impressed! You have already post about last night! It WAS AWESOME! Jeff had to take Katie Lin home before it ended cause she was covering her ears saying her tubes were coming out!
She is our drama queen! It was so COOL seeing you guys! I just wish I had taken pictures of our girls together!
Hope to see you again soon!

Wow...it looks like it was awesome!! It sort of looks like the show we saw in Beijing. Did you guys see one there? Lily Mei looks adorable in the panda dress and purse!! You find some of the cutes things!!! I LOVE it!!! Can't wait to actually meet you guys tomorrow night! I'm excited about it!! It will be a great night!!! Do you know if children 3 and under have to pay for the buffet too? $9 is REALLY pricey for our 2 little ones. Have a great day! Thanks for posting the pics!!

Wish we could have gone, but, alas, with FOUR little ones, somebody would have had a major breakdown or have torn the place apart! In retrospect, I should have taken Rebecca by myself! Oh, well! See you guys Saturday night!

Hey Girl
I was so glad I got to see you (just wish it was longer) as I chasing Ms. Lily around. She was SOOOO excited. She thought it was a party for her of course (haha). Her favorite part was the girls skating and she yelled to everyone that she wanted to go skate with them.
Lily Mei.....You are precious in your Panda. Love you sweetie and cant wait to see you tomorrow night.
Love you all

Love the panda dress and matching purse. We got to see some Chinese acrobats this past year and Glenys still talks about them.
