Got a text this morning from David. From HIS phone!!! We didn't think he would have service over there. So I spent the next hour on the phone with two precious ladies at ATT getting the international texting plan put on his cell. Bless it...one of the ladies has a son in the Army and we were both just crying while she changed his plan. Then, I got a Facebook message and HE HAS INTERNET!!!! Oh my heart! And THEN...we CHATTED on FB!!!!!! I thought my heart would just burst from happiness. (Yes, I cried again...) He is safe and sound at his base. He has a nice roommate, clean bathroom and free ice-cream at the chow hall. Thank you Lord for small mercies and modern technology. We might have to wait until tomorrow to Skype...I don't know how much more my heart can take today.

Oh Monica...yes...yes...yes!!!! Praise God for internet...facebook and skype!!!! I know you were so happy to see that smiling face and free ice cream??? Yay!!!! I continue to lift you up:)
