Today, several of us went down to the Heart Of Dixie Railroad in Calera and rode the Polar Express! We had so much fun! We sang Christmas carols, had cookies and milk and Santa's elves gave everyone sleighbells. Then, Santa and Mrs. Claus boarded the train and took pictures with all the kids. Lily Mei was so excited! We had read the book and watched the movie all week and all she could talk about was riding the train and seeing Santa Claus! She gave Santa a big hug and told him "Melly Kiss-mas"! We all had a wonderful night!

The pictures are so sweet! Bo's son and his family rode the Polar Express last weekend. They loved it too. Can't wait until we can take Sophie. Merry Christmas!

We just saw this on Sunday, they ahve it here! I saw a bunch of kids getting ready to board in their bathrobes and slippers! haha I didn't know if bailey was too young, i have been afraid the book was too old her her. I am going to try it! Thanks!! Keep letting me know what is age appropriate, i seem to not know!!haha
