Today, we got all the yard work done and cleaned out the garage. Since it hasn't rained very much, the yard should be fine while we are gone. I also organized all my lists, put important travel documents in my pocket folder, and started packing some of my clothes I probably won't wear this week.
Please keep our friends, Greg and Mary Louise, in your prayers. They arrived in Beijing today and will be meeting their adorable son, Paul William, in just a few days. We will meet up with them in Guangzhou and we are all on the same flight home. Isn't that great?!!!

We are so excited for both of you and we cannot wait to begin seeing some of those pictures that change the lives of those on the other side of the camera. Good move with the video camera, Steve. There will be some long nights and long flights in the weeks ahead, but I can guarantee you this will be the most awesome experience of your life. You will see miracles upon miracles, as God's hand works to bring Lily Mei home! God Bless both of you and may you have safe travels and great experiences. Oh, how I wish we were going with you!

Monica, I know it has to be stressful getting out of the country!! but at the same time I bet you are walking on air with excitement!! I know I am for you! That is exciting about getting to be with your friends in Guangzhou!! Doesn't it make the trip even more special to experience it with friends!!
