You stink. Really, you stink. Do you not realize how many people are waiting on one little paper to finish their paperwork to adopt a precious child? What possible reason could there be for this office to be taking so long? At other CIS offices, some people are actually getting their 171 letters back within a few weeks. I just found out that a family in Florence got their 171 back this past week from your office after waiting 105 DAYS!! 105 DAYS!! Now that may not seem like a long time to you, but for those of us who keep waiting, it seems like a lifetime.... This is completely unacceptable! We need that precious paper NOW! Our children are waiting on us! Are you short-handed? Hire more people! Are you training new workers? Train faster! Buy more computers, take less breaks, do something! Please....
