Introducing the newest member of the Carter zoo: Belle. She is dachshund/heeler mix and will be 6 weeks old on Monday. She is just adorable and already a little (OK, alot!) spoiled. The other dogs aren't too sure what to think of her just yet, but Miss China Kitty is not pleased!
